The NCMA San Fernando Valley Chapter carries a vision to support the National organization’s basic purpose in fostering professional growth and the educational advancement of members in both the public and private sectors. The Chapter provides local resources for the interchange of information among its members by providing a forum for presentation and exchange of current topics in the contracts professions.
